On 4 December 2024, the Foundation hosted a luncheon for Li Zijun, Deputy Commissioner of National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration (NPCPA) during his visit to Hong Kong. Deputy Commissioner Li introduced the role and function of the NPCPA at the luncheon.
