The Honourable John Tsang, the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government, delivered the 2011-2012 Budget Speech on 23 February 2011. On 1 March 2011, the Foundation’s Executive Committee Chairman Mr. Ronnie Chan together with Council Members Ms. Winnie Ng, Mr. Joseph Yu, Mr. Tony Choi, Mr. Philip Ma, Ms. Diana Chou and Ms. Juliana Lam; Ms. Li Xuhua, representative of Trustee Dr. Sumet Jiaravanon; and Executive Director Ms. Karen Tang joined the luncheon and exchange views on the budget. At the luncheon, Mr. Tsang elaborated this year’s budget to the business community.
