The Honourable John Tsang, the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government, delivered the 2012-2013 Budget Speech on 1 February 2012. On 22 February 2012, the Foundation’s Executive Director Ms. Karen Tang together with Council Members Mr. Thomas Woo, Ms. Judy Yu, Mr. Joseph Yu, Mr. Tony Choi, Mr. Albert Ip and Ms. Juliana Lam; Ms. Li Xuhua, representative of Trustee Dr. Sumet Jiaravanon; and guests Mr. K C Kwok and Mr. Chris Yeung joined the luncheon and exchange views on the budget. At the luncheon, Mr. Tsang elaborated this year’s budget to the business community.
