Ahead of the Better Hong Kong Foundation’s (“the Foundation”) upcoming delegation to Madrid, Spain and Rome, Italy in June this year, the Foundation was pleased to have invited Miguel Aguirre de Carcer, Consul General of Spain in Hong Kong, to a luncheon on 2 June 2026.
During the luncheon, the Foundation members had a fruitful exchange with the Consul General, gaining valuable insights into the latest developments in China-Spain and China-Europe relations. The discussion also explored Hong Kong’s strategic role in facilitating closer collaboration with Spanish business sectors, particularly within the Greater Bay Area, serving as an excellent prelude to the delegation’s visit to Spain.
