On December 16, the Foundation was pleased to have invited Joe Fang, Research Director of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute to speak at the seminar. He provided an in-depth interpretation of the latest policy directions and development priorities outlined in the “15th Five-Year Plan” recommendations, and offered insights into Chinese Mainland’s new positioning and expectations for Hong Kong.
