7th Hong Kong Cup Diplomatic Knowledge Contest – Semi-final

Jointly organized by the Better Hong Kong Foundation, the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in the HKSAR and the Education Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the Semi-final of the 7th Hong Kong Cup Diplomatic Knowledge Contest was successfully held on 18 May 2013. After four rounds of fierce competition, Shatin Pui Ying College, Queen’s College, CNEC Christian College, Po Leung Kuk Centenary Li Shiu Chung Memorial College, Sing Yin Secondary School and Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School won the tickets to the Final which will be held in July 2013. The Foundation’s Executive Director Ms. Karen Tang was one of the judges.

The contest aims to raise the interest of students and the general public in large in international affairs and knowledge of the nation’s foreign policy, and to broaden their horizons. A study tour to the Mainland China will be organized for the teams entered into the Final.
