On 1 August 2019, the Foundation was pleased to have invited Mr. Shiu Sin-por, former Head of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government and Executive Director of the New Paradigm Foundation to attend a dinner where Mr. Shiu shared his views on Hong Kong’s current political and social environment.
