As one of the sponsors of the JCI Hong Kong Business Academy 2015, the Better Hong Kong Foundation hosted a luncheon for delegates of the Business Academy on 14 August 2015. Organised by the JCI Hong Kong, the Business Academy was an international event for entrepreneurs and young leaders around the world for business and cultural exchange. It was a 4-day event and targeted for around 100 participants. The theme of this year’s Business Academy was “Innovation & Start-up”.
Mr. Ronnie Chan gives an opening remark
On behalf of the Foundation, Executive Committee Chairman Mr. Ronnie Chan gave an opening remark at the luncheon. Invited by the Foundation, Mr. Kwok Kwok-chuen, Hon Senior Research Fellow of School of Economics & Finance of the University of Hong Kong and former Government Economist shared his thoughts on the startup ecosystem in Hong Kong with participants. Council Members Mr. Thomas Woo, Mr. Philip Ma, Ms. Diana Chou and Mr. Dominic Pang; Executive Director Ms. Karen Tang; and guests Mr. Alex Yip, Mr. Allen Fung and Mr. Stephen Wong also joined the luncheon to share and exchange views with delegates.
