On 17 February 2025, the Foundation hosted a dinner for Lu Pengqi, Deputy Commissioner of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in the PRC during his visit to Hong Kong.

Lu was accompanied by Deputy Director-General Han Guoqing, Deputy Director Yang Ping and Principal Staff Zeng Yifan to Hong Kong.
