On February 3, the Foundation hosted a luncheon for Ambassador Cai Run, Head of the Chinese Mission to the European Union, during his visit to Hong Kong.

Chaired by the Foundation’s Executive Committee Chairman Ronnie Chan, Trustees Adriel Chan, Douglas Woo, Sumet Jiaravanon’s representative Li Xuhua and Peter Lee’s representative Andrew Fung; Corporate Sponsors Roy Chung and Dario Pong; Council Members Thomas Woo, Joseph Yu, Philip Ma, Samson Chan, Alice Au, Zhong Xiaofeng, Bosco Law, Stanley Sun and Arthur Shek; and Executive Director Karen Tang joined the luncheon. Representatives from the Commissioner’s Office of China’s Foreign Ministry in the HKSAR, including Counselor Huang Jingrui and First Secretary Zuo Qiwei, were also present. Ambassador Cai was accompanied by Zhang Yiliang, Deputy Director of the Political Section, on the trip to Hong Kong.
