On January 29, the Foundation members met with Françoise Nicolas, Senior Advisor at the Center for Asian Studies of the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri), during her visit to Hong Kong. The Foundation’s Executive Director Karen Tang together with Council Members John Lee, Dominic Pang, Bosco Law and Arthur Shek, and invited guests Fang Zhou of One Country Two Systems Institute and Martin Chung of Hong Kong Baptist University, exchanged views with Prof. Nicolas on various developments in Hong Kong.
