On November 27, the Foundation hosted a luncheon for Ambassador Chang Hua, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PRC to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation during his visit to Hong Kong.

Deputy Commissioner Hua You and Liu Ping also attended. Ambassador Chang was accompanied by Third Secretary of the Political Office Qiao Dan to Hong Kong.
