On November 7, Foundation members participated in a public talk and closed-door dinner discussion titled “Sino-European Relations in a Volatile World Order,” hosted at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center (ASHK). Ambassador Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, Former Secretary-General of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, shared his views on how Sino-European relations might evolve within a shaping new world order and how the domestic politics of EU member states affect their international relations. The session was conducted in conversation with ASHK Chairman Ronnie Chan.
